Building Success with a Heart

An article based on business of Mrs. Manpreet Kaur Siddhu (owner of Mod Boutique)
By Puja Priyadarshani, MBA-1B, PCTE, Ludhiana.
A business when established is always with a profit motive but in order to go on with the dreams which was while establishing the business involves lots of ups and downs. As in case of “Mod Boutique” started the work of designing but later it turned it turned into her business. Not only a business but a successful business. She started the business with a capital of Rs. 1,50,000 and today her profit is much more than that. For being a successful business person it is not necessary that one should be from good college having MBA degree or should be a good student but if you have good intelligence level, there would be no barrier in your success.
Success = Intelligence + Application
People may have different interest and successful people are there in every field. People have the choise to chose the way to live from many different ways, but he will have to chose a path. He may chose to do what he needs to do or may choose to do what he wants to do. Former is risk averse and a path to mediocre life. Later is bumby way and it requires full potential exploitation. Intelligent people do what he wants to do, while rising softly keeping the interest of people who want him to do something else.
Success Mantra:
1. Focus on goal
2. Motivating skill
3. Hard work
4. Good superior subordinate relationship
5. Quality of work life

  6. Well I think about business is combination of the following character traits in a business person:
    Integrity - Sticking strictly to a moral code or ethical standards

    Honesty - To tell the truth, to never mislead by only disclosing the 'attractive' part of the truth and neglecting to disclose all information.

    Sincerity - To be real, to never fake nice or interest to make sales.

    Fairness - To do what's right, to not take advantage and to be kind.

    These are the point i read long before in a article and kept in mind so i am sharing with you.

    But really you have nicely described about success mantras. Its really appreciating. This will encourage many people.
    Well done dear.
